Mining in Zorb involves deploying SOL to a 5x5 grid to compete for rewards each round.

The Mining Grid

The mining grid consists of 25 squares arranged in a 5x5 layout. Each square can receive SOL deployments from multiple users.

How to Mine

1. Connect Wallet - Connect your Solana wallet to the Zorb app
2. Select Squares - Choose one or more squares on the grid
3. Deploy SOL - Specify the amount of SOL to deploy
4. Confirm Transaction - Sign the transaction to place your deployment

Strategy

• Spread Deployments - Deploying across multiple squares increases your coverage
• Concentrate Deployments - Larger deployments on fewer squares may yield higher rewards per win
• Timing - Consider deploying early or late in a round based on current grid activity

Round Mechanics

Each round has a fixed duration. When a round ends:

1. Winners are selected through verifiable random selection
2. Rewards are distributed based on deployment amounts
3. A new round begins immediately

Automation

You can set up automated deployments to participate in rounds without manual intervention. Configure your automation settings in the app to specify:

• Which squares to target
• How much SOL to deploy
• Whether to repeat each round
